Due to a recent scheduling conflict, the midmonth Board of Education work session scheduled for Monday, March 15 has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 18 at 6 p.m., first floor Board Room, in the Andrew Johnson Building.
Technology Helpdesk
The Knox County Schools Technology HelpDesk is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. at kcshelpdesk@k12tn.net or by calling 865-594-1852.

PARENT PORTAL
Parent portal, a resource for parents and students, provides the ability to view a student’s grades, behavior record, and school attendance as that information is entered into the system by teachers. Parents log in to this system with username and password that are available through the administrative office at their child’s school.

PARENTLINK

Currently, the ParentLink resource allows both individual schools and the district administration to send mass telephone messages to parents, employees or even students. ParentLink is used both in the event of an emergency situation and to notify parents of upcoming events and school activities. Middle and high schools also use ParentLink to notify parents when their children may be absent from school. Usernames and passwords for ParentLink will be provided by the school.

PARENT ACCOUNTS

Parent accounts will allow parents to access a personalized page of information pertaining to their children. Usernames and passwords will be provided through each school. Once a parent logs in to the system, they will have the ability to see all of their students’ attendance, grades, assignment calendars as well as getting dates for groups and clubs they are members of themselves.
